Your KRA Personal Identification Number (PIN) is your tax identity. You need it to get a job, open many bank accounts, register a business, buy land or a vehicle, and to access many government services.
Individual PIN registration is done online on iTax, the Kenya Revenue Authority’s portal.

Lost your PIN certificate?
If you can log in to iTax, you can reprint the PIN certificate from your account. If you cannot log in, use the password reset option, which sends instructions to your registered email. If you no longer access that email, KRA may require verification before updating it.
